Take a Breath  


Atlanta-based breathwork practitioner, Jasmine Marie, pledges to support 1 million Black women and girls breathing in 2025.  Join her?  


Go on a “Beauty Hunting” Walk   

A writer for Oprah magazine in “5 Rest Rituals for an Instant Recharge,” describes going on walks with the intention of discovering beauty all around you. It could be your neighbor’s flowers, a passersby's freshly braided hair, a Black couple kissing on a bench.
